Tech Round Up: March 2022
Here’s what our team has been working on to elevate the user and viewer experience.

We have introduced a new cookie consent and management tool in Arena. This will help users determine which cookies they would like to give access to. Some cookies are essential for the site to function properly and this cannot be altered.
Users can now manage the consent to our cookie policy; meaning that Arena will remember the cookies about your visit, which can make it easier to visit the site again and make the site more useful to you.

We have improved the ticketing experience and made it easier for viewers to see the ticket options before they have to login/ signup to complete the purchase.
There is also a new and improved checkout process, where the entire transaction happens within the video player window; making the purchasing experience more efficient.

We have made a simple yet effective improvement to make it clearer for the viewer, when the stream is about to begin.
The count down timer has now been moved to the middle of the video player. This will help the viewers understand the exact time left before they can expect the stream to start.
The App now saves the last scoreboard used so that content creators don't have to select the scoreboard every time they want to stream.
As we have partnered with English Indoor Bowling Association (EIBA), we have now introduced a scoreboard for Indoor Bowls, one again ensuring that the Joymo product caters to the needs of any sport, at any level.
